Compincho is a contemporary tapas concept inspired by the Spanish tradition of sobremesa—those long, heartfelt conversations that follow a good meal. Its name blends compinche (a slang term for a close companion) with pinchos, the beloved skewered bites of Spain, capturing the spirit of friendship and shared moments.

At its core, Compincho is about companionship and sharing. Each dish is crafted not just for flavor, but for fostering conversation, whether you’re planning future projects or simply enjoying the present.
